These terms apply when you use rashipothi.com, run by Hatchnix from Odisha, India. By using the site, you agree to them.

What RashiPothi is

RashiPothi calculates a Vedic birth chart using the Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa, and explains it using traditional Jyotisha rules and an AI assistant.

The planetary calculations are precise. The readings are traditional interpretation. They are for guidance and personal interest only. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, so please don't make serious decisions based on them alone.

Accounts

You need a valid email to create an account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, try to get around usage limits, or attack the site.

Premium Pass

The Premium Pass is a one-time payment that unlocks the full Jataka report, the PDF download and a higher daily chat limit for the number of days shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to buy a pass.

Fair use

Don't copy the site, scrape it at scale, resell the reports, or try to break its security. Free and paid plans have daily limits, and we can change those limits when needed to keep the service running well.

Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the courts of Odisha.
